Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand Store. your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected]

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at [email protected]  within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within USA. for location other than USA, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s status using the provided tracking information.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. The Elegance Company is not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Undeliverable or returned packages due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events may cause delays. The Elegance Company is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Elegance Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.

Changes to the Shipping Policy

The Elegance Company reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Returns

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or [email protected]. They will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit, which is can be used for future Purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item(s) arrived damaged.

Return policy for Damaged or Misprinted products 

We offer returns and exchanges for Damaged or Misprinted products, Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refund policy 
Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items in the form of Store Credit. If any of
these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Yes. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
